If there was ever a time to join the party, it’s now. There are only 2 weeks left until the release of In Body I Trust and with so much going on, it’s about time that I give you the low down. I’ve got details on a giveaway AND my brand new podcast (yup, you read that right).
In Body I Trust & Your Wild Journal Giveaway
First off, I’m doing a double whammy GIVEAWAY because who doesn’t love winning free shiz? I’m giving away a signed hardcover copy of In Body I Trust along with a signed copy of Your Wild Journal. Sign up for the newsletter (and if you already have, you’re one step ahead of the game!). Every action is an entry towards winning so the more you participate, the better your chances to win!
Introducing My New Podcast, “Lauren Dow Talks”
At 30 years old, I became an author. I became Lauren Dow Writes. And now, at 31, I’m introducing you to the newest “addition” of myself, Lauren Dow Talks.
I’m a feeler of the big feels who is now giving this whole podcast thing a try.
Lauren Dow Talks is a product of the work I’ve been doing through my writing of reinforcing self-love and advocating for mental health. It’s a safe space to grow, share your story, and simply relate to another human being so you can say, “I’m not alone in feeling this way.”
I don’t know what I’m doing, and most of us don’t. But I’d love for us to grow, learn, and feel together.
If you are looking for a platform to share your story, your struggles, your victories, your creative works, or whatever is inside of your soul that is needs to get out, reach out to me by clicking the button below. I’m here for you, I really, really am.
Currently the podcast is on Anchor & Spotfiy, and over time it’ll expand to other platforms, but hey, I’m not here to overwhelm myself. We gotta give the old internet time to do it’s job right? Are you? I’m so excited for this and can’t wait to connect with each and every one of you throughout this journey.
Well, I’m wrapping this thing up because clearly, your girl has a ton of work to do to get ready for these next two weeks. But before I go, I just want to say thank you. Thank you for all of your love, support, and encouragement throughout this last year. From sharing my recovery story to publishing books to this new podcast and celebrating my second chance at life… my gosh. You’ve been there with me through so much.
So ya, I love you. And thank you. Let’s see what this next chapter has in store for us.
