5 Things Not to Say to Someone with an Eating Disorder

by | Sep 10, 2020 | Eating Disorder Recovery, Mental Health | 0 comments

I recently had a conversation with a girlfriend of mine when she asked me, “Have I ever said anything that was triggering for your eating disorder?” This lead to a conversation that we both decided it was a good idea that I should make a video to talk about this exact subject.

While I’ve only listed 5 things in the video, there are so many other things that should be handled with care when it comes to talking about food, regardless if someone has an eating disorder or not.

If you know someone who has mental health related issues, it’s important as a part of their support system to educate yourself.

Take a look at the video, and hope you are able to get something out of the four minutes I’ve put together for you all today.

Thanks for watching, it means the world to someone. I promise you.
